  1. Shipping Locations
    We deliver all across Pakistan, ensuring that every corner of the country can experience Oracle Store.

  2. Delivery Times
    We aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. The expected delivery times are:

    Same-Day Delivery (Lahore):

    • Orders placed before 12 PM within Lahore are eligible for same-day delivery.
    • Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next working day.

    Standard Delivery (Karachi & Other Cities):

    • For Karachi and other cities in Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

    Pre-Order Items:

    • For pre-order items, the delivery window is between 10-12 days from the date of order confirmation.
    • We will notify you with the expected dispatch date for all pre-orders.

    Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

  3. Shipping Charges
    We are pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY all over Pakistan.

  4. Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
    We work closely with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

  5. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

  6. Delivery Conditions

    • Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
    • Missed Deliveries: If you miss the delivery attempt, our courier partner will make another attempt. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for redelivery.
  7. Damaged or Missing Items
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing any items, please contact us at oraclestoreweb@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Provide your order details and photos of the issue, and we will resolve the matter promptly.
