Return & Refund Policy
At Oracle Store, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • It must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

How to Start a Return
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at oraclestoreweb@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item back.

Please Note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by us only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product after purchase.
  • Sale items, discounted products, or gift cards.
  • Products that are used, worn, or not in their original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the event that a replacement is unavailable for defective or incorrect items. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
